CONSTRUCTION SITE PREFABRICATED STRUCTURES TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

TECHNICAL DATA:  Production is based on 80 kg/m² snow mass, wind velocity of 80 km/hour, 1st degree earthquake conditions and 3rd climatic region conditions.

1- EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL WALL PANELS

• The walls’ external and internal sides are cement plates of 8x1250x2500 mm dimensions.
• The wall panels will be pressed panel.
• 12-14 density, 44 mm thick polystyrene foam will be used for insulation.
• Insulation coefficient factor is K: 0,64 kcal/m² hc.

2- WALL COMPOUND

• The compound units are made of specially made U and H DKP steel sheet materials plied and connected with a special connection system.  In case of radial occurrence on the steel sheets, there will be no rusting as a result of transpiration.

3- WINDOWS

• The Windows are made of 60mm thick white PVC and are 1190*1000 mm. in size
• The transomwindows are 400*600 mm. in size.
• The glass is thermal insulation glass.

4- DOORS

• External doors are 900*2000 mm in size, American style doors.
• Internal doors are 80*2000 mm in size, plain style non-ribbed doors.

5- LOAD BEARING STRUCTURE

• The roof brackets are made of box profile and specially made DKP steel sheet profile.  There is a steel shear at every 125cm all around the building.
• Steel shears exists.  The columns are constructed of specially made DKP steel profiles.
• The purlins are 5*5 cm. in size and made of wood.
• The connections are fastened with nuts and bolts that may be fastened and unfastened multiple times.

6- CEILING COVERING AND INSULATION

• The ceilings are covered with 12 mm thick gypsum plates.
• The ceiling is insulated with 80 mm thick fiberglass.
• The ceiling connection is made by plying and then crushing the DKP steel sheet that has been forged under the roof brackets. 
• In case of radial occurrence on the steel sheets, there will be no rusting as a result of transpiration.
• The gypsum connection units are made of electro-static painted aluminum material.
• The ceiling heat insulation coefficient factor is K:0,49 kcal/m² hc.

7- CEILING COVER

• Plastic gasket nails are used to fasten the onduline over the wooden purlins. 
• The building will surrounded with a 20 cm wide plied DKP steel plate overhang.
• The ceiling will have an earthquake diagonal rod made of profiles.
• PVC rainwater leaders and gutters will be put in place.

8- PAINT

• The external metal surfaces are painted with double body coat and double synthetic oil paint.
• The external betopan wall is covered with acrylic external paint.
• The internal walls and ceiling are coated with plastic paint.
• The external wall joints are coated with mastic.
• All paints used have TSE certificate.

9 - ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

• The complete installation is TSE certified and will be placed under the plaster.
• All switches and plugs are already mounted.
• Electrical panel and counter are not included.

10 - SANITARY INSTALLATION

• Potable water plumbing is made of PVC based and TSE certified white piping placed under the plaster.
• The faucets and armature fittings are TSE certified and will be handed over without assembly.
• Water counter is not included.
