Question:  Is a building permit necessary for construction of the buildings?
Answer: Building permits are within the jurisdictions of municipalities and you need to seek their council in order to carry out construction. 

Question:  Does your company attain the permit?
Answer:  Attaining the permit and other legal permissions are the customer’s responsibility.  The customer is responsible for providing the architectural, electrical, mechanical projects and the soil survey in order to attain a building permit.  Our company provides static computations for a fee. 

Question:  Is assembly possible every where throughout Turkey?
Answer:  Yes, we are able to provide assembly throughout Turkey.

Question:  Will there be additional costs if the assembly is out of town?
Answer:  For out of Istanbul assembly jobs, the meal and accommodation costs of the assembly crew are the responsibility of the customer.

Question:  What is included in the price?
Answer:  The manufacture, assembly, electrical installation, plumbing installation, internal and external painting, doors, windows, glasses, bath fixtures, faucets, plugs and switches of the buildings are included in the price.

Question:  What are the responsibilities of the customer?
Answer:  The foundation cement, all sorts of excavations and landscape projects are within the customer’s responsibilities.  Floor and wall coverings (aluminum, ceramic, tile, carpeting, etc.), the necessary connections external to the prefabricated building (electricity, sewer, potable water), all sorts of permits and permissions to be attained from the municipalities, heating and cooling systems (heater, air-conditioning, etc.) are all the responsibility of the customer.  Housing and accommodations for workers for job sites out of Istanbul, as well as the transportation and insurance of materials are the responsibility of the customer.

Question:  How is the heat insulation of the buildings?
Answer:  The walls and roofs of our buildings are heat insulated.  It is warm in the winter and cool in the summer.  The insulation is adjusted to meet the climatic conditions of the construction site.

Question:  What is the wall thickness?
Answer:  Standard wall thickness is 60 m and can be changed to customer’s specifications and climatic conditions.

Question:  What is the term of completion?
Answer:  A single story building takes approximately 10-20 days for production, assembly and completion.  Mounting the building takes six days after completion of the cement foundation.

Question:  What is the method of payment?
Answer:  40% cash upfront at time of agreement and remainder in two installments of 30 and 60 day term check.  Alternative methods of payment may be discussed in person.

Question:  What is the maximum number of floors and square meters that can be constructed?
Answer:  Our projects and pricing are figured on a two story project, the construction can be made for the requested number of square meters and floors with the necessary static computations. However; increasing the number of floors and square meters increases costs.

Question: What is the lifespan of the buildings?
Answer:  Our buildings’ lifespan is the same as that of ferro-concrete buildings, being between 30-50 years.  It is possible to extend the lifespan of buildings by applying covering over the external surfaces.

Question:  Do the buildings come with a guarantee?
Answer:  Our buildings come with a 5 year manufacturer’s guarantee against manufacturing and assembly errors.

Question:   Is the requested project applicable?
Answer:  Along with being able to make modifications on sample projects, we are able to apply our standards to the project of your choice.
